Our apartments
All of our four apartments have a spacious living area with a sofa bed for two people, a separate bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen area, bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet and a spacious balcony.
Our two-room apartments with a size between 48 m² and 52 m² offer enough space for your vacation in the Valle Aurina.

Important information for your stay
Price conditions:
The prices are per day for 2 people.
For each additional person aged, older than 14 years, we charge € 14.00 per day.
Children from 0 to 2 years stay free of charge, from 2 to 6 years we charge € 6.00 and from 6 to 14 years € 10.00.
Local tax:
The local tax in the Ahrntal Valley is € 2,40 per guest and per night.
Children and teenagers under 14 years are exempt from the tax.
Final cleaning:
We will charge 38.00€ – 52.00€ for the final cleaning.
Animals:
We charge a small extra fee of € 6.00 for one dog per day.
